Oversized items over 50kg, such as Sur-Ron Motorbikes will incur a $199 freight fee to WA, TAS, and NT. Additional fees apply to remote locations where services may be limited (e.g., Broome, Lord Howe, Kangaroo Island) we may adjust shipping fees or cancel orders to these areas.
Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods.
Ensure your shipping address is attended to avoid missed delivery fees. We securely box all orders but items like bikes require some assembly—refer to our assembly page or contact your local dealer for assistance (assembly fees may apply). Note, we do not ship large items to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, though small articles can be delivered to P.O. Boxes via AusPost.

The Bamboo Direct Drive boards are the ultimate in top end performance, efficiency, minimal motor noise and max carving smoothness offering a superior ride feel unlike any other board.
Loaded with performance, the Dual 1,600W Direct Drive Motors (3,200W Total) can and will deliver serious speeds on BEAST Mode or reduce it back for a more relaxed cruising mode on the Lowest Speed Setting which is also excellent for beginners and riders of all skill levels.

All our boards include different Wheels as Standard so be sure to check the specifications.
However all our boards can be optioned with 6" All Terrain Pneumatic wheels OR 120mm All Terrain Cloud OR 115mm Rubber wheels! Simply select the option you'd prefer for your ride!
We recommend Rubber 115mm wheels for Direct Drive Boards and All Terrains for Belt Drive Boards for the ultimate board combination.

Whats the benefits of Direct Drive?
DD Motors are affixed to the boards axle where the wheel mounts onto the side of the motor. They provide super smooth yet crisp delivery of performance and are the ultimate motor for everyday cruising or street carving. Direct Drive Motors are virtually maintenance free, plus are extremely efficient and super silent given they produce no loud belt noises and are fast becoming the motor of choice.

- Motor clearance on smaller wheels isn't ideal, although motor protective covers are easily replaceable and in-expensive.

Whats the benefits of Belt Drive?
BD Motors are mounted off the back of the boards axle (and in some cases off the front) which then drive a belt via a pulley that adapts to the wheel allowing more ability to change gearing variations to alter the performance, torque or range characteristics depending on the type of wheels and tooth of adapters used. Thanks to this gearing the motors will provide phenomenal amounts of torque and acceleration comfortably.

All our E-Bikes come securely boxed and are shipped 80% assembled and do require some assembly. Should you need assistance you can checkout our YouTube for assembly videos or you can also refer to a store near you for bike builds and service.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Express shipping is available on all small domestic orders (for an additional charge).
Bulky freight such as E-Bikes will typically take substantially longer to deliver as more manual handling is required so with this in mind on average to most major cities is approx a 5-10day's. For more rural areas, NT, WA or TAS you could expect to see 14 days or more for your order to arrive.
International shipping times depend on the products and destination.
