From checkout to your door
We pack and dispatch Monday to Friday. No weekends or public holidays.
You order
Before 12pm AEST on a business day for same-day dispatch. After that, it goes out the next business day.

Everything is boxed securely at our Gold Coast HQ. You’ll get a tracking link by email.
In transit
Usually 2–9 days for parcels, up to 16 for bikes to WA and TAS. See the times below.

Small parcels can be left in a safe place. Bikes need a signature.

Outside Australia and NZ?
We don’t offer checkout shipping to other countries, but we can often still help. Get in touch with what you’re after and where it’s going, and we’ll send you a custom quote.
Duties and taxes. International orders ship from Australia. Import duties, taxes, customs fees and other local charges aren’t included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility. Unpaid charges can lead to delays, returns or forfeited orders.
Good to know
Should I add shipping insurance?
For anything valuable, yes. Insured delivery is offered at checkout for orders up to $5,000. Uninsured orders damaged in transit aren’t covered by Ampd Bros.
What if I miss my delivery?
Signature deliveries will be carded or taken to the carrier’s depot. If a re-delivery is needed, a fee of at least $25 applies. Shipping bikes to an address where someone will be home avoids this.
Do remote areas and islands cost more?
Sometimes. Remote locations, islands and areas with limited courier service can attract a surcharge, and we may need to adjust or cancel an order if we can’t deliver there. Contact us before ordering for an exact quote.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Double-check your details at checkout. Contact us straight away if something’s wrong. Once an order has shipped to an incorrect address, we can’t recover or refund it.
Does my bike arrive ready to ride?
Bikes arrive about 80% assembled. You’ll fit the front wheel, handlebars and pedals, then charge the battery. Your owner’s manual and our video guides walk you through it, or we can assemble it at our Gold Coast HQ.
Can I get express delivery?
Yes, for parcels up to 8 kg. Express starts at $18.99 and is priced by weight at checkout. Trailers have a flat $49.95 express rate.
