Oversized & Remote Deliveries

For larger Motorcycles over 50kg — such as SurRon & RFN Motorbikes — a $199 freight fee applies to WA, TAS, and NT.

Remote areas (like Broome, Lord Howe or Kangaroo Island) may incur additional fees or service limitations. If delivery isn’t possible, we’ll contact you before dispatch to arrange alternatives.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery is 2–14 business days, depending on your location and carrier schedules (excluding public holidays and peak periods).

• Please ensure someone is available to receive your order to avoid re-delivery fees.
• All orders are securely boxed, but bikes and large items may require minor assembly. Visit our Assembly Page for help or contact your local Ampd Bros dealer (assembly fees may apply).
• We cannot ship large items to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers — small items will ship via AusPost.

🎄 Christmas Deliveries 📦

To make sure your Ampd Bros gear arrives before Christmas, all online orders must be placed, paid for and shipped by December 2nd. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time and unfortunately, Ampd Bros cannot guarantee or take responsibility for any delays or orders that do not arrive before Christmas if placed past this cut-off date. Order early to ensure your gifts make it under the tree on time or visit a local store for availability in your area.

🎄 Christmas Pickup's 🚗

For a convenient local pickup option, you can place your order online and select pickup from our head office at 67 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads. Once paid in full, you can Pickup no later than Friday, December 19th @12pm - this is our final day of trade before Christmas! 

Please note that all pickups will be stored strictly in their original boxed condition only, we will not store assembled product for safety and security reasons. If you require your product assembled you must book prior with our team. Rest assured, your order will be safely stored and ready for collection in time for the holidays.

Note: Any cancelled Christmas Orders will incur a 10% Cancellation Surcharge
