Complete this form to confirm you understand what you have bought. Read the notice below before you fill anything in — this is an off-road bike, and this form records that you accept it on that basis.

Read this before you accept

This is an off-road bike. It does not meet the electrically power-assisted cycle standard, it is not an EPAC, and it is not a bicycle for the purposes of the road rules. In Ampd Bros' opinion it is legal for private property and off-road use only.

That means no roads, no footpaths, no bike paths, no shared paths, no car parks — nowhere the public has access. Ride it on land you own, or land where you have the owner's or operator's permission, and nowhere else.

Riding it in a public place can carry penalties including fines and seizure of the bike, and can leave you without insurance cover and personally liable for any injury or damage. If that isn't what you thought you were buying, stop here and contact us before you accept.

I accept that this is an off-road bike, and that Ampd Bros considers it legal for private property, off-road use only. It is not an electrically power-assisted cycle and is not a bicycle for the purposes of the road rules.

I will not ride it on a road, footpath, bike path, shared path, car park, or any other place the public has access to.

I will only ride on land I own or land where I have the owner's or operator's permission.

I understand that riding it in a public place may result in fines, seizure and destruction of the bike, may void my insurance, and leaves me personally responsible for any injury or damage I cause.

I understand this bike cannot be made road-legal by limiting its speed or power, that Ampd Bros will not supply it as an EPAC or certify it as one, and that it was sold to me on this basis.
