At Ampd Brothers, we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 and a flat $8 rate for orders under $100 within Australia.

Oversized items over 50kg, such as Sur-Ron Motorbikes will incur a $199 freight fee to WA, TAS, and NT. Additional fees apply to remote locations where services may be limited (e.g., Broome, Lord Howe, Kangaroo Island) we may adjust shipping fees or cancel orders to these areas.

Delivery times range from 2 to 14 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods.

Ensure your shipping address is attended to avoid missed delivery fees. We securely box all orders but items like bikes require some assembly—refer to our assembly page or contact your local dealer for assistance (assembly fees may apply). Note, we do not ship large items to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers, though small articles can be delivered to P.O. Boxes via AusPost.

🎄 Christmas Deliveries 📦

To make sure your Ampd Bros gear arrives before Christmas, all online orders must be placed, paid for and shipped by December 2nd. Orders placed after this date may not arrive in time and unfortunately, Ampd Bros cannot guarantee or take responsibility for any delays or orders that do not arrive before Christmas if placed past this cut-off date. Order early to ensure your gifts make it under the tree on time or visit a local store for availability in your area.

🎄 Christmas Pickup's 🚗

For a convenient local pickup option, you can place your order online and select pickup from our head office at 71 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads. Once paid in full, you can advise our team that you wish to hold your order for Christmas Pickup until no later than Friday, December 20th @12pm (this is our final day of trade before Christmas) and we will happily store your order securely for Christmas! 

Please note that all pickups will be stored strictly in their original boxed condition only, we will not store assembled product for safety and security reasons. Rest assured, your order will be safely stored and ready for collection in time for the holidays.

Note: Any cancelled Christmas Orders will incur a 10% Cancellation Surcharge
