We’re stoked to officially welcome Tayla Green to the Ampd Bros family as our first ever sponsored athlete.

It’s a pretty exciting milestone for us and the beginning of something we’ve wanted to build for a while partnering with talented Australian athletes who genuinely align with the Ampd Bros lifestyle.

And Tayla felt like the perfect person to kick things off.

Meet Tayla

Tayla is an Australian competitive pro surfer from Queensland’s Sunshine Coast who has been making her mark on the surf scene, including taking out the Queensland Open Women’s Shortboard State Title in 2024 and the 2024 Skullcandy Pro Junior at Lennox Head.

But beyond the results, it was Tayla’s love for surfing, the outdoors and the lifestyle surrounding it that made the partnership feel like such a natural fit.

Surfing & Ampd Bros

Surfing has always been a big part of the Ampd Bros world.

Over the past year, we’ve become even more involved in the Australian surf community through events and our partnership with Surfing Australia. Bringing an athlete into the Ampd Bros family felt like the natural next step.

For us, athlete sponsorship isn’t just about having our logo on a board. We want to support people we believe in, build genuine long term partnerships and have some fun along the way.

Our First Official Ampd Bros Athlete

As our first official sponsored athlete, you’ll be seeing plenty more of Tayla over the next 12 months.

From competitions and surf trips to content, events and of course, getting around on her Ampd Bros bike, we’re excited to have Tayla representing the brand both in and out of the water.

You might even spot a little Ampd Bros on her competition board next time she paddles out.
